Cinnamon Roll Dough
3 cups all-purpose flour 6 tablespoons sugar 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder (that is equal to 1 tablespoon plus 1 ½ teaspoons) ¾ teaspoon salt ¾ cup unsalted butter (1 and ½ sticks), COLD and cut into small cubes 1 cup sour cream 2 egg yolks 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract Extra softened butter, for greasing the baking pan Cinnamon Roll Filling ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1 ¼ cup brown sugar 2 ½ tablespoons cinnamon (that is equal to 2 tablespoons plus 1 ½ teaspoons) Cream Cheese Glaze 4 oz. cream cheese (half of an 8 oz. rectangle), softened at room temperature 1 cup powdered sugar ¼ cup (half a stick) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes about 12 rolls 1 tablespoon butter (not margarine, never margarine)

If you have a big family, or if you just want to make a lot, double all the ingredients! 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat if desired

Makes 4 servings. This is a fantastic chicken chili and it’s almost no work! I prep it the night before then get it cooking in the morning or early afternoon. 1 cup old-fashioned oats (not quick oats, instant oats, or steel cut oats)
